Using our Design Service
If you are unable to supply artwork in the correct format we can have one of our designers create it for you. We have a large library of images and fonts in order to create great designs for all our customers. For very specific requests we may need your help in supplying suitable images.
This service is limited to 3 proof revisions. Anything more and we reserve the right to charge for additional changes at the appropriate rate.
What you need to do
Once you have placed your online order you will receive an email confirmation/invoice and instructions to transfer your design brief to us.
Your brief needs to include: A Word file (or similar) outlining your requirements, together with any necessary logos or pictures (Note that these need to be hi- resolution and NOT taken from a website!). We then put your artwork together and send you a proof for your approval prior to printing.
If you have any questions please email us: firstname.lastname@example.org
Free Artwork Check
Are you unsure how your artwork will print?
We offer a free artwork checking service where we will check all relevant details!

All common file formats are accepted (PDF, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, jpeg, Tiff, etc).
Generally we require 5mm bleed and crop marks where necessary. Please remember to embed fonts (or include the font file) and pictures or outline any text. 300dpi is recommended on print files up to and including A2, although smaller sizes may require 600dpi.
